By accessing or using XRPLAnalytics (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by StackStats Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
XRPLAnalytics provides read-only analytics and data visualization for the XRP Ledger public blockchain. All content is strictly informational. The Service is:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use paid features. By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or equivalent authorities.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API key. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
API keys are non-transferable and issued for your personal or organizational use only. The following are strictly prohibited:

Consistent violations of rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API key without refund.
Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. Billing errors or disputes must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to [email protected].
All data is sourced from public XRP Ledger validator nodes and is provided "as-is" without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. A 3–5 second ledger confirmation latency is normal and expected. We are not liable for decisions made based on delayed or incomplete data.
All content on XRPLAnalytics — including price data, wallet scores, DEX metrics, and analytics — is informational only. Nothing on this Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold XRP or any other digital asset. You are solely responsible for your financial and investment decisions.

The site design, codebase, branding, and written content of XRPLAnalytics are owned by StackStats Apps LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. XRP Ledger blockchain data is public domain. You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary content without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING UPTIME, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OF DATA, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKSTATS APPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES ARISING FROM TRADING OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE USING DATA FROM THIS SERVICE.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and API access, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
